In many ways TCU have lists and tables. Data provided by the user in the tables, especially when they are becoming much demand structuring. That is why any group of products, customer groups, etc. With their help, you can easily select a specific group, for example, in the register of goods to select items of "Coffee" and process the data received. Sometimes, however, faces challenges that require more detailed, deep group that is not incorporated in the name of the goods. For example, there are groups of products by type, but not by the manufacturer. Surely you know that groups can organize subgroups, and have their own subgroups, the number of nesting is not limited. However, in practice, found that more than 2-3 subgroups use impractical. Of course, it all depends on the individual and the goods are traded company.

However, what if you want to get the data of certain manufacturers who are not grouping by manufacturer? Moreover, these items may belong to different groups or even subgroups.

To solve such problems in the TCU used data filters. Filter - A way to work with records in tabular form, limiting the number of rows to view. Use it very simply. For example, in the form of a table, the number of records you want to reduce, but not simply to reduce and keep only those records that are of interest to you on this or other grounds. In such a case on the toolbar, click the "Filter" CM_mainform_filter. After that appears above the table filter string, which you can set those same keywords, a sign of selection of records.
