TCU2 now works under Vista

SoftKB carried out work on adpatatsii TСU2 to Windows Vista. TСU2 SQL (over which actively work) decided to rename TСU3. TСU3 will contain a module of the accounting entries with full support of the Ukrainian Accounting, and then the Russian and other standards.
